Q.Who is your service available to?
A. Our web hosting is available to all US and Canadian customers.
Q. What do I do if my site is down?
A. First empty your cache and history and try your site again. If it still is not working try the Dixieswebcafe.com homepage and see if it's working. If it isn't then the server may be down and we will be running again as soon as possible. If the Dixieswebcafe.com is working and yours still isn't, send us an email and we will see what needs to be done to get your site up and running again.
Q. Will you set up my shopping cart for me at no charge?
A. We will help you with installation of your cart free of charge.
This does not include software up-grades, configuration or customizations of your cart. We do not offer cart support. This can be obtained from the Zen Cart website.
Q. Will you configure, customize or upgrade my Zen-cart or website for a fee?
A. Configuring, customizing and upgrading a cart can be very time consuming therefore, we charge a minimum fee of $25.00 per hour for this service. This covers customizations and configurations such as color changes, logo placement, and other minor changes. A deposit is required for all customizing, see below for more info.
For Zencart customizations a $100 non-refundable deposit is required with the balance (if any) due upon completion.
For basic html/css websites, a non-refundable deposit of $250 is required with the balance due upon completion. This does not include customized logos/banners or any web hosting fees that may be associated with your site. Email email@example.com if you have any questions.
Zencart customers please note: If you do not wish to pay for software upgrades you will have to do it yourself, get someone else to do it, or take a chance that your software may not work.
We will not upgrade Zencarts that have add-on modules other than, shipping and/or Paypal modules.
Q. Will you customize other carts for me?
A. No. We do not have experience with other cart programs and highly recommend Zen-cart to our customers.
